Sample Request
We would be delighted to send you a sample you are considering purchasing. Please take a moment to provide your company information, interested items, color and anticipated order quantity. You should receive your sample within 5 ~ 10 business days. If you need it sooner please feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
We make every effort to supply samples to our customers at no cost. However, in some situations we have to charge a fee for sending you a sample. We will contact you prior to shipment if there are any charges related to your sample request. Of course, any charge will be fully credited on your next order with us.
Shipping Information
In most cases, products are shipped FOB Smithtown, New York (unless otherwise specified). Shipping is assumed to be by FED-EX, UPS Ground, USPS or LTL freight unless alternative method specifically requested by customer. Timing of delivery will depend on your location. Expedited shipping or multiple location shipping is available in such case drop ship charges may apply.

The fulfillment cost, production time and shipping costs will all depend on the variables of each project. We can even personalize many thank-you gifts with the individual’s name on the product! We do apply a Prop 65 warning label to each shipping carton for all orders shipping to California as a precaution. The shipping carton is the immediate container for all of our products.
